Our planners are experienced in dealing with customers and clients; managing consignments ranging from one pallet upwards to multi drop trailer loads. All consignments are logged onto our Road Runner Traffic Management System, giving our staff the ability to study and progress delivery instructions. Consignments originate from Bretts warehouses or from stock held by our customers in the surrounding area. Consolidation is provided to all supermarkets, cash and carrys, food service and food manufacturers removing the clients need for multi warehouse stock holding. Special requirements such as ASNs and pallet labelling are readily available. Bretts also acts as a Tesco and pseudo Sainsburys consolidator. Care is taken to ensure that booking times are achievable; bookings are made by phone or via Internet and all necessary references logged to prevent complications further down the supply chain. All delivery issues are communicated back to our Customer Services Department who liaise with drivers, customers and their clients to deal with any issues as they arise. Bretts also prepare performance indicators to support our delivery performance. We are proud to boast that we are consistently achieving a 99.2% case ordered against case delivered. We supply our customers with a range of management reports including volumes, service levels and costs. Bretts are happy to tailor their reports to meet customers specific requirements.
